Returns and refunds

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, open Track my order, type your order number and the e-mail you used at checkout, and pick the items you want to send back. You get a return number (RMA) on the spot, and we e-mail you a prepaid label with the instructions. No account needed.

If you prefer, you can still e-mail support@sbencompany.com with your order number and we will start it for you.

Return shipping is free. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse.
